Will beard balm make my beard grow?
Sadly no. Beard balms will not make your beard grow. The most important factor in beard growth is genetics. But you can assist the growth with a healthy diet, lifestyle, having high testosterone levels (heavy weight lifting), and using products that give your skin the nutrients it needs to stay healthy.

Yes! Our balms are made with coconut oil, castor oil, and vitamin E. This recipe of premium carrier oils will give your beard a long-lasting clean, and healthy shine.
Do you use preservatives in your beard balm? What is the shelf life?
Preservatives? Eww. No. All of the ingredients in Bearded Crew’s beard care product are all-natural ingredients. We strive to use organic grade ingrdients when we can. The average shelf life for our balms is about 8 months.
What are these “beads” in my beard balm? Has it gone bad?
No, the beard balm has not gone bad. These “beads” are the beeswax (a natural ingredient) used in the product. The beeswax can separate from the rest of the mix. This happens when beeswax will not completely emulsify with the recipe. Don’t stress, all you need to do is rub the balms around in your hand for a little extra amount of time. This will remelt the beeswax.
My hands feel a bit greasy when I touch my beard after applying the balm. Why is that?
All of Bearded Crew’s beard care products are made from natural oils. Your beard will absorb a lot of the balm as the day progresses. Pro Tip: Lightly towl your bear after an application to take off any excess oil.

I can't get past the itchy stage of growing out my beard. Will beard balms help?
Kind of! Beard balms are more of a styling product with hydration benefits. If your beard is itchy, it is because your skin underneath the beard is dry. You will need to get moisture and hydration directly on your skin. This task is best achieved by using one of our beard oils. Each beard oil has a dropper that allows a person to apply the oil directly to the skin underneath your beard.
This stuff smells great! Can I eat it?
Please don’t! I know it smells heaven sent.
Can I use this on my armpits, like a deodorant? (a REAL question)
Yes…. but it won’t stop odor.

NO! Don’t use any of our topicals or skincare products if you’re allergic to nut derived products. We do have comfortable, soft t-shirts. We can still be friends!
